TALENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
What is the difference between a Talent Manager and a Talent Agent?

A Talent Manager focuses on the long-term goals and development of their Talent’s career, by providing their Talent with career guidance, as well as business and brand management services. The manager uses their connections to elevate their Talent’s status, to increase their value and presence in the industry; while exposing them to industry professionals and also providing their Talent with contract opportunities. Managers work with a small number of Talent at a time, are focused on the overall growth of their Talent, provide them with individualized attention, and earn a commission of 10% - 25% on provided contract opportunities.

Talent Agents present Talent with auditions and booking opportunities. Their only focus and objective is to provide Talent with work.
