ALITI Productions & Talent Agency (USA | UAE) has a Talent Database of 350+ Talent from all over the world. Our agency is looking for driven self-starters to be our agency’s Virtual Casting Agents in the following locations:
•USA:
oChicago
oSaint Louis
•UAE
oDubai
The casting agent must be able to identify existing and potential casting opportunities nationwide for our ALITI P&T Talent.
Responsibilities:
• Must be able to handle 5 Talent Profiles at a time.
• Must be able to handle Female, Male and Child Talent Profiles.
•Must find casting opportunities for assigned Talent Profiles.
•Must find casting opportunities posted online and on social media.
• Must find casting opportunities with businesses/Third Parties.
•Must vet castings to ensure they are legitimate.
•Must find castings that are recent and not expired.
• Must communicate with Agency about castings obtained per Talent Profile.
• Must communicate with Talent and facilitate casting appointments & bookings.
• Must be available for weekly online Zoom meetings and reviews.
Work Target: A minimum of 6 casting opportunities a month per assigned Talent Profile.
Qualifications: Practical Experience
•Must have 0-2 years of previous experience in the field
Skills:
•Must have good and clear communication skills.
•Must be knowledgeable about the different industries ALITI P&T deals with.
•Must have the patience to do thorough casting research.
•Must be able to interpret our ALITI P&T demands in terms of the overall objective for our Talent.
•Must be focused, dedicated and committed to providing our Talent with casting opportunities.

•Cell Phones: Must have a smart phone and be familiar with the WhatsApp phone application.
Education:
Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
Working Conditions:
•Must maintain a sense of flexibility in regards to working from home.
Compensation:
This is commission-based job opportunity. Our ALITI P&T Virtual Casting Agents will receive an upfront 10% commission on all bookings obtained per their assigned Talent Profiles.
